1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing cbagi at https://cbagi.app, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the cbagi platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised version.

cbagi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active account holders via the email address registered to their cbagi account and update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions shall supersede all previous versions.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with cbagi's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and cbagi.

1.1 Governing Language

The authoritative version of these Terms & Conditions is the English-language version published at https://cbagi.app/terms-conditions. cbagi operates exclusively in English as its platform language for the Bangladesh market. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, this English version shall prevail.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use a cbagi account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing cbagi from Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited for your personal use.
• You are acting as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension imposed by cbagi.
• You have not previously had a cbagi account closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a cbagi employee, contractor, director, or a close family member of any such person.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

cbagi reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) cbagi account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or household members — is strictly prohibited. cbagi employs automated detection tools to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your cbagi account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including district and division in Bangladesh), a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet where applicable. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cbagi username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. cbagi will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify cbagi immediately at [email protected]. cbagi accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

All cbagi accounts are subject to KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Documents typically required include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification, plus a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile wallet statement for proof of address. cbagi may also request a selfie with the identity document or a short video verification call conducted in English. KYC processing is carried out on Bangladesh Standard Time and is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cbagi currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, all transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

• bKash — personal and merchant wallet transfers
• Nagad — personal wallet transfers
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile wallet
• Visa — debit and credit card (where issuing bank permits)
• Mastercard — debit and credit card (where issuing bank permits)

cbagi does not accept cryptocurrency payments, third-party transfers, or deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the associated cbagi account will be flagged for review.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. Players enrolled in cbagi's Responsible Gaming deposit-limit programme may have lower thresholds in place at their own request, which take precedence over the default minimums.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within same business day for requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Requests submitted after this cut-off are processed the following business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by cbagi's finance team following a written request to [email protected].

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• Any active bonus funds must have met the applicable wagering requirements in full.
• The account must not be under investigation for fraud, duplicate account, or responsible gaming grounds.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance (bonus balance is non-withdrawable until wagering requirements are cleared).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by cbagi are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term prevails for that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion's individual terms, bonus funds awarded by cbagi carry a wagering requirement of 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Only wagers placed on cbagi casino games and sports betting markets count toward wagering requirements unless the promotion states otherwise. Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to the same wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cbagi actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or mathematically risk-free bets to clear wagering requirements, using bonuses in violation of stated game restrictions, and colluding with other players to inflate bonus balances. Where bonus abuse is identified, cbagi reserves the right to void the bonus, void derived winnings, recover any withdrawn amounts that were derived from abusive play, and close the account permanently.

5.4 Promotional Validity

All cbagi promotions have an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be removed from the account automatically. cbagi's promotional calendar includes seasonal offers aligned with Bangladesh cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as cricket tournament specials tied to BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL fixtures. Promotional eligibility is determined at cbagi's sole discretion.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Certified Game Providers

All casino games available on cbagi are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited for fairness. cbagi does not modify game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any certified RNG game.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, cbagi's policy is as follows: if the outcome cannot be verified from server logs, the wager is refunded at the pre-round stake value. cbagi accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side. All game results are governed by the data recorded on cbagi's and the provider's servers, not by what is displayed on the player's device.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on cbagi — covering cricket (BPL, T20, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to cbagi's Sports Betting Rules, which govern market settlement, void bets, in-play bet acceptance, and payout calculations. All odds are displayed in decimal format in English. cbagi reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error or that was subject to manipulation. Cricket in-play markets reflect ball-by-ball data feeds; cbagi is not liable for data feed delays of less than 5 seconds.

6.4 Responsible Gambling Limits on Wagering

Players who have set deposit limits, session limits, or cool-off periods via cbagi's Responsible Gaming centre will have those restrictions applied automatically to all wagering activity. 7. User Obligations

By using cbagi, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with cbagi games or the platform interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in cbagi's platform or any game for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits, or using cbagi as a conduit for financial transactions unrelated to legitimate gambling activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cbagi staff members in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any cbagi software or game.
• Accessing cbagi using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Colluding with other players on table games or sports betting markets.

Violation of any user obligation listed above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities. cbagi cooperates fully with the Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) and international anti-money-laundering frameworks where applicable.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your cbagi account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal timeline. Real-money balances remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification being complete. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, cbagi offers a formal self-exclusion programme. Self-exclusion periods are available for 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, or permanent. During a self-exclusion period, your account is fully suspended, no marketing communications will be sent, and re-registration attempts will be rejected. 8.3 Termination by cbagi

cbagi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where:

• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity is detected or suspected.
• A player's account is under formal investigation by a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• The player has obtained winnings through exploitation of a platform error or bonus abuse.

Where an account is closed by cbagi for violations, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is ultimately established, the verified balance will be returned within 30 days.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. cbagi will notify the registered email address 30 days before dormancy status is applied. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 will be deducted from the dormant account's real-money balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Reactivation is achieved by logging in and passing any re-verification checks cbagi may require.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbagi's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to cbagi in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cbagi is not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any kind. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by cbagi's negligence.
